- Find the tests you want to order – the easiest way is to search for the disease. Add the desired quantity to your basket and check out (don’t forget to apply any discount codes you may have – see the Frequently Asked Questions).
- Pay for your order online or by calling us on +44 (0)1223 765 860.
- When your swab kits arrive (one kit per dog), collect the DNA samples.
- Activate the swab kit using the unique activation code and enter your dog’s details.
- Return the samples using the addressed envelope provided.
