We will endeavour to send your swab kits within two working days of receiving your order. All kits for UK orders are sent second class via Royal Mail; we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your swab kit to be delivered, although typically it takes between 2-3 working days.
All international orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Standard service.
Any orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
